Thomas has been a pleasure quickly addressing my questions regarding an embroidery request. When I failed to respond to an email to review and approve the image before the team proceeded, Thomas called and emailed to get my attention. The one thing that may help busy consumers is to provide the customer service reps with a more notable email handle. His message was sent as “info.” I probably saw but ignored the message because it’s so nondescript that it looks like spam.

I needed to make a change in my order. I sent an email and got a message back immediately. They made the change I needed and never skipped a beat. Thank you, Pins and Aces!!
