The package was delivered on time and I thank you for that, but it was left at the drop off box. I thought it would be delivered to the door and due to the fact that I work overseas and my mom is an elderly woman and she doesn't get around very well and can't travel very far with walking and carrying big packages I thought through looking at your website it said that the package would be delivered to the door. I didn't know that I had to give specific instructions to have it delivered to my door. Next time I will put instructions in BOLD letters.

Our packages are delivered to the location that you traditionally receive your mail. If the package needs to be delivered to a different location, specific directions would be required. Arrived at the time noted in email in a rural area. The lobsters were delicious. Great company to buy from!

My dad would get lobsters from you guys for Christmas when i was a kid, and now i can buy lobsters with my kids. Lobsters have always arrived on time and we got exactly what we wanted. Amazing lobsters and memories everytime. Cant wait until my next order, thank you guys so much!

Lobsters made it to California Central Coast in good condition. Steamed two 6 lb-ers for the 28 min you suggested. Awesome! Highly recommended.
