Litecig has excellent prices and carries items I'm looking for and needing. I've ordered from Litecig at least a year but believe it to be almost 2 years

They have excellent products and they're always good quality and they're a good company to do business with I've been doing business with them for several years.

Purchased a limited edition ihybrid Celtic mod by faceless years ago. When I didn't receive the product in 5 business days I contacted litecig via email customer care and was told that they had made a mistake and over sold the mod. So 5 days later a refund was issued only because of my inquiry. It was then that I found out that they did in fact have five of the mods I wanted in stock at one of there brick and mortar locations and when I inquired about them sending me one instead of my refund I was told that they were for face to face customers only. I am not a valued customer unless they have to deal with me in person. Needless to say no purchases sense.

We love LiteCigUSA! They get the orders ready for shipping immediately and we receive them faster than any other E-cig company we have dealt with. My only wish is that they would start to carry Joyetech e-liquid. Therefore, we would no longer have to order our favorite brand from another company that isn't as prompt. The people at LiteCig are so professional and quickly answer questions and handle all issues promptly. I give them 5 stars and would gladly give them 10 if I could!

This is a great site and very specific on the e-cig mods or the pods.that is what I mainly came here for but I do also notice quite a bit of the e-juice. Keep up the good work.
