We're really sorry to hear about this frustration! Our products do include washing instructions on the tag. We recommend our items are washed in cold water with mild detergent and no fabric softener on the gentle cycle, tumble dried with no or low heat, and removed promptly at the end of the dry cycle. We're so happy that you're loving your duvet cover set! Just so you know, the cover set is only intended to be used similarly to a pillowcase for the duvet insert, it isn't intended to be used on its own :)
