Customer service is EXCELLENT! I ordered a size for a blanket/comforter and it was too big. They got back to me right away and resolved the issue with no problem. I will certainly tell friends and family about this company. I am very happy with their products and services. Love them.

I ordered a set of pillows from L and H on Brads Deals....The pillows never came....after 3 nasty emails they finally told me that my order was lost in shipping....this never happens with AMAZON or WALMART...ABSOLUTEY NO COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART!!!! I was able to get a refund and bought the same pillows at a better price at another dealer and guess what>>> and they arrived the next day with no problems....I would never deal with this company again again!!!!!

I ordered white. The sheets I received were cream. Also zero branding anywhere made in China.

Their comforters either start out too small or they shrink after washing. I purchased a queen and it barely covers my bed. I knew I should’ve just ordered a king, but alas, here I am stuck with a too small comforter. So disappointing.

I ordered a lot since I am renewing all the bedding in my apartment. I was so excited to receive the items. I received an email stating that FEDEX delivered the package. I went outside rushing and no package was left outside my house. When I checked the photo of proof of delivery they left it somewhere without a house in the photo so how would I be able to locate where to find it. I am so mad I am really expecting this package.
