I bought Tikitunes from GMA deals. Bought six thinking I could sync them all for son's wedding. Could only sync max of two. Didn't use they were not loud enough and then find out there was a 30 day return policy. Now I have to sell, since I can only use two and they are not a good sound. Customer service sucks.

UPDATE: I received my order January 13. The order was received by the shipping company from Limitless Innovations on Dec 1. All of the delays thereafter were issues with DHL shipping. However, it would have been nice to have received a response to my first email to Limitless Innovations customer service department. It seems that this review is what got their attention. ORIGINAL review: I placed an order on October 28. I received and email stating my order would be delayed but would be shipped in 10-14 days. I have received no product and no update since then. I used the website customer care to ask about my order and nothing!

I placed an order 12/1/2020 and they charged my credit card the same day. Today is 12/29/2020 and I still have not gotten my order

Big fan of this brand. Got a pair of Tiki tunes and stumbled upon the other great products Limitless Innovations offered. I also have a REACT for when my family and I take long road trips out of state, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a REACT available for any emergency situation on the road.

I bought a pair of the speakers on 6/8/20. After 3 broken promises of shipment they We’re shipped on 7/14/20 to arrive on 7/22/20. I tried several times to use the chat and make a phone call but neither one worked. I would send emails and would receive a robotic response 4 days later promising shipment. I even tried to cancel my order and never got a response to that. They absolutely charged my credit card form day one. If you want total frustration from a company then purchase their products. Hopefully these items perform as described. I NEVER EVER want to deal with this company again. I highly recommend not buying these.

I recently ordered 3 tikitunes. Even though it took some time to be delivered I thought the wait was worth it when I charged and turned on the first light. They're awesome when they work. Two of the lights do not work and I have sent several emails about it asking how to get them replaced and I am receiving no response. I am very frustrated to say the least.

My order was placed 29 days ago. My items have still not shipped and through a few emails (because there doesn’t seem to be a phone number) I’ve been unable to get any information aside from an automated email from two weeks ago that said it was delayed. Won’t order again and will be speaking with the BBB as well as my credit card company to dispute the hold/charge if I don’t hear something by 7/6

I ordered Tiki Tunes June 1, 2020. It was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. I was told it would arrive 1 to 2 weeks from order date. I still have not received anything and am wondering if this is a scam site. I have zero communication for when it will arrive. I am so disappointed.
