So far, the product seems good. It is too early to know if about the product's lifetime, since I've only had it a few days. If it continues to work like it has for the first several days, it is a great product. However, I did pay for 2 (business) day shipping and it took 4 days to arrive.

My order was for a dual cup holder. What I received was a tire guage. The lady i spoke with handled the return and new order very efficiently

The PowerProGo Wireless Charging pad does not work as advertised, a) It will not sync with my iPhone 12. Out of 25 attempts it might sync once. I even took my phone out of its case and it did not sync. b) pushing the On button does not turn it on ever. I must double-click to get a reading at all. The other ports seem to work ok. Disappointed. We bought 5 of these as stocking stuffers and are embarrassed with this one problematic feature but it isn't worth the hassle to return.

My mom bought me a TotalDesk for Christmas last year and I have used it a handful of times. About a week ago I went to use it and the handrest piece just completely fell off for no reason at all. I still have all the paperwork that came in the box and it said there was a one year warranty. I decided to reach out to see if they could do anything for me or to see if the warranty was still valid as I have no idea when my mom purchased the desk. They claim to have a "live chat" but it is not live at all. Upon clicking it, it says to leave a message and someone will get back to you soon. I reach out on December 4th and have still not received a reply as of today December 7th. There is another section on your website showing to leave a message and someone will email you back in 1-2 business days. Well, for me it has been three. So none of your customer service info on the contact us page is correct. Do you even have customer service reps? Or do you pick and choose who you get back to?

My biggest disappointment with my tiki tunes is that the volume does not get loud enough to enjoy in the backyard

It is much bulkier and larger than pictured, however, it works great.
