Moinjaro pen worked fine twice but on third go liquid was not coming out of needle but though pen onto my arm. Complained to Eli Lilly on 8th July and they finally came back on 10 September to say no problem with qualIty or safety !! Thankfully I have continued to lose weight in that time without it so maybe it was an ill wind meaning I will not be on a lifetime medication. Reckon this will save me €84k in my lifetime 😁 Bad product, bad company- AVOID

I was very happy with Mounjaro and didn’t mind paying the higher price because it worked well for me. Unfortunately, I could only get three doses from each pen because the pen kept getting stuck. I contacted the company and was promised the faulty pen would be collected, but this never happened and my case was eventually dismissed. I was also told at my chemist that other customers have experienced similar problems. I have now changed to Wegovy. For me, it has the same effect, it’s cheaper, and so far the pen works without any problems. Very disappointed with Mounjaro’s pens and customer service.

I get Mounjaro pens from the company for my type 2 diabetes. I had a defective pen in February this year, and the company replaced it. Thank you. I had two pens become defective again. I contacted my insurance to see if they could send replacement pens so I would not be short this month. I was told to contact the manufacturer. I did, and I was told my claim was denied because I had a replacement in February, and they only replace once a year. I was not pleased with the outcome. I pay for my health insurance monthly and my medication, which is not cheap. I requested a callback from someone higher than the customer service I spoke to yesterday. I got a callback this morning from Andrew C, a supervisor. He told me the same thing I was told yesterday. I asked if it is okay for the company to sell defective products and have the consumer pay for it. There was no straight answer from him, only the script I am sure many others have heard before. It saddens me that I have to be short on my medication this month because of a greedy company.

I was tired & not as clear headed taking in early am. Switched to before bed feel like new my bowl movements back to normal I feel great. AM pill taking was so bad

This company is the worst. They continue to drag their feet on GLP-1 meds. They claim some issue with the doctors prescription which is false. I was given the $50.00 coverage by the Bridge and seems they don't like it due to not getting 400.00 month from me. Dragging deliver, claim notified Dr. My Dr. has NOT received anything from them. They continue to LIE about it. I am sick of this company, and they need to be reported to Federal Government and legal action taken for their false claims.

Eli Lilly should be ashamed of itself. On their website, they market themselves that they are there for you and not strictly a drug manufacturer. I reported a malfunctioning zepbound pen and was asked a series of questions and then told that I'm wrong, that the pen worked fine. I have been using the pen for almost a year and a half and know if and when an injection was administered. This wasn't an user error issue and the pen malfunctioned. Instead of sending me a replacement pen, they have alienated a once strong advocate for the company and I will do my best to persuade others to no longer use Zepbound.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have spent many hours in the last two days trying to get a problem with a defective pen resolved to no avail. They cannot even find me but they could find my $50.00. Currently on the phone today so far waiting for someone 27 minutes. Will try my pharmacist and Dr,
