Pharmaneek Pharmacy ServicesReviews of pharmaneek.com

Several red flags with pharmaneek. Undertook cumbersome intake process to obtain approval for a GLP-1 (tirzepatide) that I have been on through another provider. Sent validation of current dosing & was assured I would be sent my current dose (15mg/.wk). Ordered & paid for 3 mo supply and ordered was confirmed to be for 3 mo at a 15mg/week dose, however upon receiving the medication it DID NOT align nor comply with the 15mg/week order prescription. Pharmaneek obvious takes a "bait & switch" approach of luring you in, then making a unilateral decision to send a dose different that what was disclosed on the order & website. After multiple conversations with their "pharmacy" I was assured someone from customer service would call. NO call. A month later & multiple portal messages asking for a remedy, I still have not received any communication... Also advised them if I did not receive the appropriate prescription as documented on their website & in communication, I would be escalating the issue to the proper regulatory authorities. There are multiple: FDA, State Pharmacy Boards, State Attorney General , etc. This is egregious medical care & is dangerous to dispense medications other that portrayed, purchased or better yet prescribed. As there has been no response, one would also question the legitimacy of Pharmaneek and the medications they sell & dispense.

Had a slightly complicated order with a product I hadn't tried before. The Pharmaneek team reached out proactively to confirm details before shipping that kind of care is rare. Order came through perfectly and faster than expected.

Pharmaneek was sent a prescription by RxPros for compounded Tirzepatide, which they filled. I since found out they were on probation and were not legally permitted to do compounding. I called & talked to someone there and they said they sent off the prescription to another pharmacy. But Pharmaneek's name was on the bottle as if they filled the prescription. I asked for the name of the referral pharmacy and they said it could be one of 3 pharmacies. I have asked multiple times exactly which pharmacy filled the prescription and what was actually in the vials that were sent. This is very dangerous and could have major medical implications for someone taking this medication. Pharmaneek will not respond to my requests for this information. How is this even legal? I need to know exactly what medication was sent to me! This is what I found online: Respondent shall not be permitted to compound during the probationary period until such a time that Respondent (1) obtains a satisfactory environmental survey and submits documentation to the Board, (2) obtains a National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (“NABP”) Verified Pharmacy Program Inspection or Gates Healthcare Associates Inspection and submits documentation to the Board, and (3) passes an IPLA remodel inspection. ***Added after your reply: I have contacted your office numerous times to have someone call me back since you mentioned talking to someone in management. I have yet to receive a call back. Also, you say you're not on probation. Are you saying the Indiana Pharmacy Board no longer has you on probation to fill compounds?

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We started using this for my father in law to make things easier for my husband and to increase my father in law's autonomy since he can't drive. But it was a difficult time getting started with wrong meds and packaging that wasn't to our request. Then things leveled out for a while. He recently went into the hospital. All his meds changed. I have spent way too much time on hold, making calls and leaving messages to get his meds corrected. NO ONE CALLED back until we asked his provider to send his meds to another pharmacy. Now they are holding his scripts hostage saying he has an outstanding balance. He pays as soon as anything comes in. If there is a balance it's very very little. I tried to call and make a payment to get this cleared. NO ONE ANSWERED. There is no prompt for billing. We are going into a holiday weekend and need his meds but we are hostage to a company that doesn't answer OR return calls!

RxPro said they sent it overnight FedX on Friday but then fed x said they had not received it. Then On Monday I called RxPros and they said that was unusual. Then Fed x said I would get it on Wed. The web site does not keep up with the phamacy or fedx. But the bottom line is that I got the med. I got a good price. Now it is a matter of it being the real thing. I paid for the whole year to get the discount so I hope they are legit.

It appears this pharmacy is contracted with RxPros, who provides access to Tirzepatide. They have the worst turnaround in getting your medication out in time. They received my prescription on July 11. On Monday July 14th I called and spoke to Matt/Matthew and he said I should have my medication in a day. I placed a follow up call and spoke to another representative on July 16th and said they were still working on it and was unable to provide any further information. I called again on July 17th, spoke to another female representative and she said they are still working on it and that the medication actually ships from a Lab out in Florida. No one seems to be able to help or provide accurate information. Stay away from this pharmacy!!
