The guy at the desk was rude and they tried to charge me full price for two weeks and then told me I would have to pay again on the 1st the same amount

Couldn't get out at 7 PM. I understand no entry at 7 pm and after. Called both numbers on sign and gate for emergencies. There for about half hour. I called the police for assistance. Someone from inside was able to get out due to they have a business account. Security methods along with safety should be reevaluated.

9pm curfew to access your unit, not that great

Very thorough & quick check- in . Seems employees are on top of cleanliness, & also gate access, which is good security measures. I feel safe & secure storing my stuff there.

I FORGOT HER NAME , BUT THE OLDER HISPANIC FEMALE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. IT WAS IN THE MORNING HOURS, SHE WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO B AROUND.

What a great storage facility. It has great lighting and is very secure. The grounds and buildings are clean. Very well run, nice staff. I highly recommend for storage needs

Excellent customer service

So far this has been a great experience. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. The grounds and hallways are spotless. For a storage facility this is amazing to me. I would highly recommend this facility.
