I never received my order

I totally understand the reviews that have been left for this service. I ordered an angel like lighter for around $30 - it broke the moment I tried to use it. From both the non existent communication to the overpriced cheaply made products, this is a company you should avoid at all cost.

Ordered a lighter on April 8, have not received it over a month later. Lighter lounge will not answer emails.
