I want to return and they won't let me. They are selling the same $5 lighters on Temu.

Great lighters but AWFUL service. I received the lighters almost 3 months later and they were not responding to any emails. I thought they were scammers but either they don’t speak English or they just don’t respond and the shipping was done almost a month and a half later and delayed to arrive as well.

It's been about a month and the shipping has not been updated. I keep emailing the company and no one is getting back to me. I wonder if this is a scam site. If I actually get my order I will change my prospective.

It was nearly 6 weeks from the time that I placed my order until my items arrived. I made numerous contact attempts to Lighter Lounge Co. and received zero response back. It wasn’t until I disputed the charge with my bank that they actually got around to shipping my items. My bank ended up reversing the charge and returning my money after their investigation.

The order took 2 months to get to me I paid for 4 day shipping and it took 2 months the reason I did not give it 1 star is because the product is awesome but takes forever to get and while your waiting no one contacts you

Lighter never received. Had to call my credit card company to get my money back.
