Had my ramp disassembled/reassembled for driveway paving.Good job,but had to call them back because the platform was a little too high & cut the door sweep/seal.No problem.Adjusted the platform & all is okay.

We had a wonderful experience with everyone we spoke to. Nothing could have been done better. The salesman was clear about what we needed to do before install, the scheduler was pleasant and flexible as we worked with our contractors to install a new door and carpeting to prepare for install. The installer was professional, patient and took time to make adjustments while demonstrating use. We had an excellent experience and would recommend Lifeway Mobility wholeheartedly.

My Bruno Elite stair-lift had been making some alarming noises so I had a technician come out. He went over the lift and determined that the lift hadn't been properly adjusted when installed and he made the necessary fixes. The lift now works extremely well with no unexpected noises. The technician arrived within 2 business days of my phone call and quickly and professionally fixed my lift. I'm quite happy with it now. There is one outstanding issue regarding single user mode. The technician didn't know how to change the mode and said he would get back to me. I'm still waiting.

Long story short...My husband suffered a stroke and is wheelchair bound....I needed to get a ramp installed so he could get to appts andsuch...What a fabulous friendly experience!!! I would highly recommend lifeway mobility to anyone needing assistance for themselves spouses and whom ever needs a little or alot of help....Easiest transaction ever and assembled byan awesome employee in a matter of a couple hours...Thank you Matt Tabitha and George!!!

Our ramp was installed quickly and safely. The installer was prompt and professional. He answered questions and made sure everything was satisfactory. He also explained winter care - pet-safe ice melt, use of plastic shovel without metal ridge. The new ramp will make our entry much easier and safer!
