We were looking at chair lifts as my husband is recovering from a stroke and wanted a safer way for him to be able to go up and down the stairs and make the best use of his energy. Brian at Lifeway Mobility had been recommended to us. Before I called I did look at other companies. Based on what I saw on websites and reviews. We chose Lifeway Mobility. Before we could call Lifeway my husband had another stroke so a chair lift was now a must. I called and within a day, received a call from Lifeway and had an appointment with Brian on 10/5/20. Reliability and service was a top concern and I was very pleased with what I saw and heard. One of the chairs we looked at was the Bruno Elan and Lifeway is a supplier for them. We got on the schedule and the chair was installed on 10/12/20. The technician, Joshua, was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. We could not be happier with our choice and would recommend Lifeway Mobility (in fact we already have!)

EHLS did a great job from start to finish. From the very first meeting they listened to our concerns and were respectful of our wishes. The installation crew was knowledgeable and proficient in their work and did a great job from start to finish, including cleanup of the job site. We would highly recommend EHLS!

Service was excellent. Marty, the service tech arrived at the time we were told. He was friendly and professional. Due to covid, he was masked the entire time he was here. He resolved the problem quickly, cleaned the stair lift thoroughly, and sanitized it before leaving. He was honest when he could have sold us new batteries--he checked the existing batteries and told us they have at least another couple years life. The entire service experience was top notch. Highly recommend these folks, and Marty too!

Great experience with LifeWay Mobility company. I called them and dire need of a ramp for an injury that I had and they installed it within 3 days! They were very professional. And the ramp was was quality craftsmanship. And when I called to have it removed there right on target.
