Great service from both Nick and Sherry. They answered questions before I asked them. And they reminded me about what to look for in a good system. Spoke to Nick first but I needed to think about it. Got Sherry 2nd time and she was just as great. I know I will get excellent support. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the lock box even after 2 phone calls to the customer support number.

First Ava and I chatted back and forth about what I was looking for and what your company had to offer. I am an 82 year old male living alone. Ava was very patient with me and all my questions. To finalize everything I spoke to Christina and she was wonderful. Very Patient with Me, just like Ava. I also check with Gemini, Google's AI search engine and it's response and reviews about Lifestation were quite positive. James T Hamilton As of how I have taken delivery of my LifeStation Sidekick Mobile Fall Detection Device. Within minutes, with LifeStation Customer service assistance my device was activated and tested. Now I have the well-being of knowing that I am just a button push away from Emergency Help.
