Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.Christina was great she made the experience joyful and helped me make my decision to buy from you …awesome person ! I gave 4stars because nobody's perfect. BUT - things went exactly as advertised and I am comfortable that this is value at a reasonable cost.

Assistance was great but volume could be higher and rep could talk a little slower for us old folks.

I called on several occasions to talk to a representative and ask additional questions. Of course I spoke with different individuals each time and everyone was polite. My only concern is related to one or two of the representatives that were not proficient in speaking the English language and/or they apparently didn't comprehend my question or I was unable to understand their response. Very polite, just effective communication was lacking. I gave up on one of the occasions and said I would call back.
