Your representative was very knowledgeable about the industry and was very courteous and polite. Only comment is that you have sent the equipment via USPS who has a habit of rescheduling delivery. Originally scheduled to be delivered today, Thursday August 7th. They now rescheduled for Saturday and has yet to leave New Jersey.

The rep was knowledgeable, caring, and did as much as she could to help me decide which one which unit I wanted to go with
