It's only a matter of time until I shall attempt to return this. Installation is too complicated!!!!! Several have tried, and failed.... the unit is now of no use to me -- and I procrastinate reference returning it because I suspect there will be a big hulabaloo. A major mistake on my part; I acted too hurriedly in making this purchase!

We use LifeStation for my mother-in-law who lives alone and wants us called if she falls. It is a Godsend and the operator stayed on the phone to reassure her until we got there and confirmed she was ok. Highly recommend.

Recently, my mother suffered from a severe nose bleed when she woke up in the morning. She contacted LifeStation and their response was immediate. We had 2 complaints. The call to reach us came from an "Unavailable Number" on our Caller ID. Most people would not pick up a call at 6:15 AM from an unidentified number. Secondly, if not for my mother being conscious, and telling the ambulance driver to contact us, we would not have known where they were taking her. Hopefully these 2 issues can be addressed and corrected.

I've accidentally pushed my button a couple of times due to the fact I cannot get the travel unit hooked up to either the wristband or the lanyard. The problem is that I'm 80, have some hand tremors, cannot physically install the pin that holds the unit in place. The response to my call for help resulted in my receiving a new wrist strap. That's not the problem - installing it is the challenge. I hope this brings a better solution.!

I truly appreciate the fact that my mother has Life Station being she lives by herself. I would have given 5 stars but wanted to let you know about an incident and my concerns. I could "not" reach my mother one day when calling. Fearing the worst, I called customer service line I found on line. I wanted them to call out to her like they do when there's a monthly test. That was not possible. I felt helpless and left where I was to drive over. The outcome was good, I was just very disappointed something so simple could not be done. Otherwise, I'm very thankful for you. Thank you for the chance to take this review.

My husband has Parkinson's and I don't know what I would do without LifeStation! He falls pretty frequently and to be able to summon help quickly is so wonderful!!! He has the wrist one and never takes it off because it is waterproof and he can wear it in the shower and he has fallen in there! Would recommend LifeStation to anyone in the market for a system!
