I've only had it for a few months and am still getting used to it. The first monthly checks resulted only in a loud voice response of EMERGENCY with no human voice to follow. Today's test had a better result.

Procured one for my 89 yr old mother. She feels much more relaxed, especially when my 90 yr old dad is out & about, and she is home alone briefly.

My mother is 90 and lives alone i realize she needs to test her button on a monthly basis . But she forgets for months at a time. I think you folks should have a way to check on her if she hasnt responded in some time. Is this possible.?

After signing on for Life Station service I received the pendant in the mail with no instructions on the use of your service. I did not get information on how to activate and test the system. I called your Customer No-service Department to get some instructions info and was informed that they DO NOT provide that. After wearing the device for a few days it announced while I was in a diner that I should call in immediately. I pushed the button, not knowing what else to do and got no response. When I got home, the rescue squad was waiting for me there. They were sent to my home rather than the diner. Wrong response.

WE were away from home. My husband wore his life station and it malfunctioned without our knowledge. My neighbor called us on cell phone to ask if we were ok as fire engine & Ambulance were at our farm. They had been notified by life alert. Even though it was a malfunction alarm we were pleased to know the response by our local fire dept & ambulance were there to look for us. Our device was replaced immediately.

This company helps me stay at peace knowing that my brother can get help if he is truly in need.

You respond well. I need to check out the reaction more often I will do so.
