I've been using this company for dog food for a year and a half and only had one issue (broken open box on delivery). I submitted the issue on their website and got a prompt response and resolution. They send me another bag of food with no extra charge.

My cat absolutely loves this food If you have a pet cat You should buy this food for her I’m not being paid for this When I opened the first can for my cat It has a great smells great you know like people food !!! Would not feed my cat nothing else

Hi, I would like to say the ordering process was very easy. After placing the order I received the package in a very reasonable time frame. I will be ordering many more times in the future as my wife and I will be getting two Ragdoll Kittens shortly and we want to raise them as healthy as possible. The only reason I didn’t rate your company/website a 5 star was for the following reason: I had received a sample packet of “Wellness food supplement for Cats”. My elder cat enjoyed the treat so I attempted to order some. I searched everywhere on your website but could not find this product. I called my breeder and questioned as to why I couldn’t locate this product. My breeder then contacted life’s abundance and found out that when you run out of a product you take the item off your site. Here’s the problem. I certainly understand running out of a product but taking it off your website indicates to me that you no longer carry that product. If you still intend to sell a certain product how would I know if and when it becomes available. I suggest at least allowing your customers to place the order and state that it is on back order and give an approximate date of shipping.

I was very happy with the customer service I received. They were very knowledgeable regarding the cat food I was interested in. The only other thing I would add is I wish there was free shipping when you spend a certain amount!

Highy recommended food and so far we've had great results with our pup! Will continue to monitor his health as he grows but for now, we have no plans to make any changes. He loves it!!!
