Always timely with good products

Too many customers go by the wayside without going under the proper field rep. NuVet has a field rep. code that must be put in for an order to go through. Can you try to update your process so customers can better process their order under the proper representative. Most are processed online. With the system you now have in place, not all customers follow it.

I messed up my order online and had to call for corrections. I am curious though why I was charged $8.75 for shipping of three bottles of vitamins.
