We were told that our electric bill would decrease dramatically, it is still twice as much as before we decided to use your services. Not happy at all.

Not satisfied at all. The sales pitch compared the current rate with the rate they gave me and said their rate was much lower. So far I lost $11 the first month and $24 the second month. This will have to be cancelled since their rate is guaranteed for the period. Seems to me that was a mistake to accept a higher rate that would never be adjusted.

Rates are good, easy to pay my bill on website, friendly folks when you call.
