As far as hosts go, Libsyn and their staff are top notch. I have been a user for 6 years and do not plan on changing. First, they make it easy to submit to new directories, choose which directories to send certain episodes and to change any element of the feed. Their latest version makes this simpler for folks who are less tech savvy, and I appreciate that they still give access for those who want more controls in the older version. Second, their stats are in depth and have continued to stay IAB compliant. This helps me know that I'm getting the most accurate representation of my current numbers. At times where I'm less active, I still have access to basic stats, at a lower cost. Third, their staff is exceptional. I have had help with issues for myself and with my clients, with ease. They make it easy for podcast support teams to have access to feeds for communication. Outside of this, I have had support in all areas of podcasting from every member of the staff at one point or another. They are patient, kind and highly knowledgeable. If you haven't listened to The Feed, their podcast, get on this, because you'll know what I'm talking about. Finally, I appreciate that they have been a solid and reliable podcast source since before podcasts were big. I can trust they are here for podcasters, and it's evident with every one of their latest features and expansions. They are here for podcasters, with no need for gimics. Just great hosting, advice and service. Libsyn is a top notch host for podcasting, period.

Libsyn makes uploading an episode seamless and has so many tools to help grow a podcast. It's a fantastic platform.

Here's what I like about Libsyn. First off, they have the most experience of any podcast host. But more than that, they have choices... options on the package you pay. I appreciate that. Plus, their customer service is excellent... they respond immediately.

Libsyn is all about helping me succeed as a customer. They are all about giving me control over my content and my brand. It was super easy to set up my show using my own .com for the RSS feed. In the past, I experimented with Anchor and they tied my show's feed to their anchor.fm feed and used their own email address when registering me with Apple Podcasts, setting themselves up as a gatekeeper and making it basically impossible to switch from them. Several other hosting companies that I looked into turned out to be owned by large corporate parents who were clearly trying to use my show as a way to funnel audiences toward themselves. Thanks, but no thanks! I'll go with Libsyn because they are made by podcasters for podcasters.

Anytime I have a question, the customer support resolves the issue within 24 hours. Also, their service has never gone wonky or left me hanging. I'm surprised at how rock-solid they are. Many of my clients use Libsyn and can say the same thing.
