Libsyn Podcast HostingReviews of libsyn.com

Dave Jackson was fantastically helpful and went out of his way to help me get my art work formatted correctly. I had about 10 back and forth a with another employee who was terrible and wouldn’t respond to my entire message. I resubmitted my questions again and got Dave and he nailed it! Thanks Dave!

For hosting, I'm a Libsyn girl through and through! Libsyn's customer service has been outstanding, and the platform is super easy to navigate. Plus, the fact that they are considered to be one of the OGs in the podcasting space makes it easier for me to focus on my creativity because I can trust that Libsyn will handle the distribution and back-end show management.

When I began my podcast, I didn’t know where to host it. I checked it out along with several other hosting companies and found Libsyn to be intuitive. I also appreciate the helpful information they share. I’ve produced approx 70 shows — all hosted on Libsyn — and highly recommend the company.

In a world with more and more media hosts popping up, I'd go with Libsyn 100% of the time. I've used them ever since I started podcasting 6 years ago and have not looked back. They have trail blazed what media hosts are these days and offer amazing and easy-to-use tools to get your podcasts up and running. The best thing I love about them is their customer service. Anytime I have ever had an issue or questions, they got back to me with a lot of relevant detail with a fast response time.

Started with Libsyn about 10 years ago, and it has been the best decision!

Excellent customer service... Highly recommended. I needed help on a couple of occasions, they always deliver. 5 stars

I have been a paying customer with Libsyn since 2005. They helped me build my podcast from a hobby into a full time profession. Their service, support and uptime is stellar. The last brief outage I recall was in something like 2008! There are other good podcast hosts out there but I've never felt swayed to move. As they say, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Simply put, if you want podcast hosting that "just works," where you don't have to worry about service outages, and where real people will help you then get Libsyn. FIVE STARS! Thanks Libsyn!

I had a problem with some of my podcasts not listing on YouTube and contacted Libsyn for a resolution. Well within 24 hours, an agent contacted me with the answer. Libsyn is excellent when it comes to customer care. This is one of many times they have responded efficiently and effectively to a query.
