Libsyn have been a reliable hosting service for twelve of my fourteen years in podcasting, and their help desk have been quick and on the ball when I needed them. The recent announcement that they're upping the hosting fees by fifty percent to pay for a load of additional services I never asked for and am not going to use sees me ending our association.

Connect Call simply doesn't connect. I have struggled repeatedly to use Connect Call for interviews. I either can't let someone in the room or it says that they are not there when they are. We have spent 15 min or more trying to work this out and even have sent new links. It's embarrassing. Contacted support and they said maybe I should try Zoom or another service to record the call. That was half the reason I chose Lisbyn. I like the Studio, but I'm trying to decide if I should move to another hosting service altogether as I'm now paying for Zoom too.

Our Support team would be happy to gather more information on the features that you would like to see, and communicate this with our Product team.
Everything works and information is available genera. But it so far feels a little self serve. As something is brand new to podcasting I would prefer a bit smoother ushering thought the steps especially in posting first and second audio posts. Additionally I had some challenges when I tried to update a show with different info and I’m really not sure what worked and didn’t.

I like the devices. Used it way back then you first started. Came back recently. However the Libsyn website is rather sluggish imho. The graphics feel out of date. Is there a iPhone app version? Tom

Hello Tom, Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry that our site is sluggish for you, as this is not normal. If you would like assistance with troubleshooting this issue, please open a support ticket by emailing [email protected]. Unfortunately, we do not have an iOS or Android version of Libsyn 5, but you are able to access the site using your mobile device's browser.
Unstable version 5 and slow support makes me think about finding another podcast service :-(

While we strive to make our customers' experience as seamless as possible, we do have unfortunate "hiccups" from time to time. If you have any feedback on how we could improve your experience, we would like to hear it! I was able to take a look at your current support tickets, and found that each were closed with a resolution. If you have any outstanding issues, please let us know, and we would be happy to help! Our support team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, and will generally address your request within one business day.
So I just started with Libsyn 5 a few weeks ago. It's not too bad, easy enough to use. I just wish it loaded faster when logging in or loading any page it's considerably slower than say Youtube for example.
