Ben, the Libsyn associate explained the difficulty to me, which allowed me to continue with my desired schedule. He was very informative and patient, which I deeply appreciated. Great experience

Quick and correct assistance on the first call.

We used Libsyn back in 2005 when another friend and I started podcasting. There were very few hosting options back then, so we went with Libsyn and were happy. I chose them again and the things they learned in the last 15 years make the experience even better. I haven't even began to explore all of the cool features they have.

Excellent service by Colt. Very prompt responses to my needs.

I'm new to podcasting and this is so user friendly. I don't feel overwhelmed or inadequate when using the site.

The amount of training about the platform is great. The one area that I think needs improvement is that the live help is not great. I have never got it to work and the one time when I did send you a ticket I did not get a timely response.

Libsyn's support has been consistently prompt, courteous, and helpful. It's always a challenge to communicate only by email with support staff, but overall, the people I've dealt with have done a great job understanding and responding to my specific questions in a timely manner. This hasn't always been my experience with other companies, so I'm even more happy to give Libsyn a good review!
