Great web site, made for easy ordering. Glasses came in a little over a week. I should have ordered anti reflective, I did not do so as it would have taken longer. Price was very good compared to local shop.

My first experience with lensfactory was wonderful. They reply quickly to an email. Even with Labor Day being in the mix my frames were returned with new lenses in 7 working days therefore I can say the work is done quickly. The lenses I chose are very light-weight. The (new) frames that I had the lenses put in are also light-weight. I am delighted that my new glasses are as light-weight as my rimless glasses (I weighed them both on a parcel scale). I am amazed. I am very happy I found lensfactory.com while browsing the internet to find a company who will replace lenses and do their work to perfection.

Absolutely best service ever on 2 separate orders for lenses only. Each step was processed quickly. The online chat w a Rep did help me decide the best lense for me given my personal eye issues. I forgot to request a receipt and did so by email and that also was handled immediately They used good judgement on bifocal placement. Also very happy w quality and cost.

I know you did a good job the minute I put on the glasses with your replacement lenses. The crown of the lenses was a couple of mm too high (such that I had to tip my head a bit when I look at far objects) but a small adjustment of the nose pads fixes the problem. Compared to my old glasses, I can feel the stress on my eyes and head eliminated. I will order again soon and refer your service to my friends.

It took longer than I expected, but they did a fantastic job, and progressive lenses are even better than the Varilux I have always used.

Great glass. The glass lenses are great. I'd like it if you had an option to replace the nose pads at the same time, but I love the lenses.
