The rapid turnaround and great lenses really impressed me when I used them for the first time about 5 months ago. I recently noticed some cracking in one corner of the lenses, and sent a picture to LensFactory. Andrea in Customer Support told me to return my glasses and they would fix it. In just a few days, the glasses were returned to me with new lenses (I know that because they returned the prior cracked lenses with the glasses). Incredible quality. Superb Customer Service. I will be sending them my backup glasses for new lenses using my updated prescription soon. Easy company to deal with, and dedicated to satisfying their customers. Thank you Andrea!

Glasses came back with lenses that made me dizzy. They clearly got something wrong. Just Horrible! Should have kept my scratched old lenses.

This company has terrible customer service. I sent my glasses in via UPS, unfortunately, the UPS associate misspelled my last name. Lens factory received the glasses, but couldn’t look up the order because of the name discrepancy. After two weeks, I inquired about the glasses, and they sent me a photo of the box with my phone number on the label. No one called the number on the label to ask about the mysterious package. Then… They stated they could not match the glasses prescription so I asked them to send the glasses back and refund my account. They said they would do so the next day. A week later I had to inquire again, and only then did they ship my glasses out and provide a tracking number, so unfortunately because of terrible customer service, I have been without my glasses for over three weeks and have to start over with another company.

This was my second time using LensFactory, went with "glass lenses" both times, and I'm very happy with two of the best pair of glasses that I've ever worn. Yes, glass is twice the weight, but the "visual clarity" is soooo.....worth it. Also, they (accidentally) broke my frame while inserting the lenses; however, LensFactory offered to replace my exact frame with a brand new one. I really do appreciate LensFactory's integrity, and that is why I'll be a repeat customer. Thank You!!!!!

Lensfactory successfully replaced my glass frame’s old lenses in a timely manner. I have been wearing the replacement lens for about a month now and they are great quality. Pricing was competitive and the time it took to complete the order was reasonable. I would order again for lens replacement on other frames.
