NO ONE WAS RUDE, PEOPLE WERE NICE, ORDERING WAS EASY. THE PRODUCT OUTCOME WAS CRAPPY. THE LENS QUALITY IS SHITT. I CANNOT SEE WELL WITH THESE LENSES. MY PERIPHERAL VISION IS EXTREMEMLY FUZZY. WASTE OF MONEY

I was inconvenienced and completely disappointed. After sending my glasses for the lens' to be relaced, I was told they don't do replacements on glasses with my type of lens. I wish there was something on the website that explains what lens' they can replace and what lens' they can't.

I had been looking for glass lenses for my glasses, and Lens Factory had them. Great price and quick turn around. If you want a clear view without haze. Glass is the way to go. I'll only get my lens from here.
