Got a better rate than my old loan and customer service has been good so far!

Approved my loan, paid off my servicer, then left me hanging for a month. I had to send an email to find out my account information. The reply I got gave me the website (which I obviously had) and a reference to password reset instructions (not needed), and when I logged in, everything was magically there. It should have included "sorry that we overlooked this, we checked the box to activate your account, thank you for letting us know."

Their interest rates are rather high which is the only negative. Their customer service is fast and the process is straight forward and user friendly.
