Constant updates on when my appointment was .. originally my phone call was scheduled for three weeks out. I tried to cancel my order due to the extreme length of a wait, but they were able to reschedule my call for just a week out.

The worst company I ever dealt with. I explained to them i was currently using a different company and wanted to switch to theirs. I told them i was on 75 units a week. They refuse to send me the correct dosage to maintain what i was previously taking. Their doctor do not show up for scheduled appts. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND THE PROPER DOSE.

Hi Anthony, I’m sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. I do want to clarify that dosing is determined by the prescribing medical provider based on a number of factors, including prior treatment history, the medication being prescribed, and making sure the dose is appropriate when transitioning between compounded formulations. We also support a range of dosing options depending on the provider’s assessment. That said, I don’t want to make assumptions about what happened in your specific case. Medication has to be full of water never lost not 1 pound in a month but did gain 5, I have switched to WellMeDr and now I have lost 7 pounds do not trust these people and they will not refund at all the pharmacy address is of a vacant lot here in The Colony Texas They have $315 of mine all for nothing

WORSE COMPANY EVER, STILL NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER. NO LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO, JUST KEEP GETTING EMAILS THAT ORDER IS DELAYED, WILL NOT REUND. I HAVE TO PUT IN A DISPUTE IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SO IF YOU WANT GLP-1, PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

I am just livid with LEANMEDS company .! It has been a nightmare since the beginning I tried to cancel it and they said that I couldn't and it wasn't even 20 hours after I ordered but they said that it's only 21 hours so Leanmeds has till 48 hours but then I never heard from them and now it is 2 weeks later and all I get is a continual dose of automated responses saying that the medicines processing in the pharmacy and the next minute I get a message that I'm supposed to meet with somebody on a video call and then vice versa. Today I looked into the whole matter by going under Alt RX ,which is the pharmacy that they use because there is no way you can log into the lean meds portal after they don't want to mess with you anymore so I went under Alt RX and I logged in and I could see that they said they had sent me three prescriptions, all saying delivered but I have no product nor shipping information. Affirm has been completely no help. I started dispute against Leanmeds and in two days they came back to say that there was a not enough evidence and that the merchants replied. What a crock I am going to appeal it and there's no way that Affirm nor Leanmeds will get any more of my money. Basically the whole story is meanmeds has robbed me and Affirm is letting them do that

It looks like the video appointment was an optional coaching session rather than something required for approval. That distinction could have been communicated more clearly as well. I can see that your medication was delivered this past week after a longer wait than expected. Follow up by the phone support folks is awful. They do not seem to know how to help although they are quite polite. Email support has been quick and easy. Telehealth was very efficient. Hoping to receive my medication promptly
