The call was a little late and was confused about weather I should reach out. But the nurse was great!

I was having trouble with my phone doing a visual visit so we did a regular phone call, which was great. He seemed very competent, compassionate and understanding. Explain things very well.

Constant updates on when my appointment was .. originally my phone call was scheduled for three weeks out. I tried to cancel my order due to the extreme length of a wait, but they were able to reschedule my call for just a week out.

I just started with this company. My initial visit went well and the nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the medication I needed.

Your provider will always make the final call on dosing, but that conversation should still feel collaborative and responsive to how treatment is going. Glad you felt heard, and thank you for sharing!
This company has had a rocky start...but they came through with delivery. I can not complain...since I've only had one round of meds from them. I will comment further later.
