A wonderful experience. The doctor was kind and courteous. Very thorough with my medical history before she was ok with renewing my certificate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or renewal certificate.

I have cognitive issues and live alone and told the woman I spoke to this, and was assured I'd get the help I needed but that didn't happen and had to go to my Dispensary, two different times, to get it finalized which was very frustrating. I'll never use your Company again and will go somewhere I can get everything taken care of at once since it caused unnecessary stress on my part. I told the woman I did not have a camera on my home computer and that my cell phone would not let me do any of it, but had to keep reminding her since she wasn't paying attention.

Hi Regina! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused. While we can assist with the Leafwell registration, we are only able to verbally walk patients through the state application or registration. Also, our providers are happy to try to connect via phone (if state law allows for the consult to be over the phone, rather than a video call). We will use the feedback you provided to see how we can improve. While I saw you mentioned your local dispensary helped you with completing the state application process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if we can try to help in any way. Be well!
