We understand your frustration with the delay in your prescription. We are committed to providing our patients with timely access to their medications. We see an allotment increase was entered on 04/16/2025 and can take 2 weeks to be approved or processed by the state. Hi Juan! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. In your state, once the provider approves you and uploads the certification to the state, patients have to complete the state application online before the digital card is issued. While it can take the state up to 90 days to process the application, a provisional letter is issued which can be used a temporary card. I apologize for any confusion caused. We do send out the next steps required by email after approval, and we will work to make that process more clear for patients. I will notify our escalations team and ask that one of them reach out to see if there is any help they can provide.
