Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with the provider and the inconvenience caused. I see that you have spoken with a team lead and they have filled out a report for the provider’s manager. I assure you we take these issues seriously, and her manager will address the entire experience with her. I have also notified our Escalations Specialist so they can reach out to you.
