I would give a five-star rating if my car will not have expired due to the delay caused by the company not sufficiently verifying information was correct other than that very simple easy process for renewal I was surprised and impressed company admits to error will not reimburse me even though my medical card expired due to the doctor not verifying my information but it is what it is life goes on I have my expectations and they have their policy my card is in review to be active again due to the help of everyone with Leaf well thank you

Super helpful and fast. The doctor was great and nonjudgmental. I had my appointment on Saturday and got my card in the mail on that following Tuesday.
