I love my new walkin shower. It looks really good and I feel a lot safer. The installer did a great job.

Happy to hear our Leaf Home Safety Solutions team was able to provide you peace of mind. Thank you for your 5-star review!
This has been a challenge but mostly positive. Salesman was professional and friendly. Installation team was also professional, great job cleaning up. The problem was the product, apparently from a different company. When Rob picked up glassdoor #1,it just burst into a million pieces. Clean up took a bit of time. No replacement parts readily available so I was given a nice shower rod and curtain which allowed me to shower but could not have exhaust fan on because curtain billowed in and out, alternating between sticking to me or allowing water to spray on bathroom floor. I felt like I was part of a funny comedy routine. Measures were being taken to complete the job as quickly as possible so it was just a bit over a week when Rob was back with new, well known equipment. All in all I am pleased with my new setup, got a great story and would recommend Leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Customer experience and satisfaction is our priority! We appreciate your recommendation, Roy!
Stone walls/shower base and workmanship were excellent! We're extremely satisfied with the end product. We love the look and functionality. The only issue we had was not being informed on exactly when the work crew would arrive. When no one showed up by noon we were concerned we were forgotten. The finally arrived mid-afternoon. Thank you, Cathy and Darren Greensburg, PA

We appreciate your feedback, Cathy and Darren. Thank you for choosing Leaf Home Safety Solutions.
The work crew was very efficient in manners and cleanliness. I did not get the magnetic shower head, hope to get that resolved soon. Otherwise shower stall looks great and I can't wait to use it.

We had a very good experience with our new shower installation from beginning to end! Our salesman, Ronnie, was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He led us through the process, explaining the material that would be used. We were able to choose all of our colors, doors and hardware. Joshua was our installer. He took his time and did an excellent job. During the process of demolition, Joshua discovered that we needed a new sub-floor, and was able to build a custom sub-floor for us. He also added an additional shut off valve for the shower. He was able to complete our new shower installation, including demolition and clean up, in 3 days. Joshua was also very knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and polite. We are very happy with our new shower installation. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact us.😊

The installers arrived on time, complimented me on my place, pet my cats, and put me at ease about being in my home. They worked quietly and cooperatively and cleaned up their mess when finished. I am pleased with my new tub and glad I chose Leaf Home Safety Solutions.
