I got this this for my 84 yr old mother that had knee surgery and my disabled sister lives with her and they had previously had just a standard high top tub but this is alot better for them to be able to get in and out . They love it . Wouldn’t trade it back .

It was a great experience except the middle man that was setting up the dates. The guy that presented the plan in the beginning was great and straight forward with me. The guys who installed the shower were absolutely wonderful, polite and explained things to me all along the way. The did a great job and I am very pleased.

Excellent install pair. They put down drop cloths everywhere they needed to walk. When they finished it was like there had never been here.

I have a concern about noise at the top of the lift. Is this normal our do I need adjustments to my lift. I do not want to damage the lift. I will be calling the warranty people this week to check this out. Other than the concern I noted I am happy with the operation of the lift. I see the advantages of the lift when I need to use the stairs. This takes the fear of the stairs away.

They did a great job, arrived on time, easy to work with. kept me informed and answered all of my questions. The installers cleaned up after themselves and even put plastic down on the carpers to protect it. Very happy with their work.
