Shower install was ok but the shower head is leaking. Someone is coming out to fix it. Installer really made quite a mess in the basement so I will have to clean that up with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner. I didn't expect that.

Customer service was not good. Contractors pushed my business aside and did not show up often. I was promised upgraded materials for my inconvenience--did not happen

Original promise of project to be done was not fulfilled. Second, project Mgr. didn't measure shower properly so shower door measurements was incorrect causing inconvenience to us property owner. Subcontractor was excellent on trying to meet homeowners expectations.

Was not asked prior to installing the walls if the material was the correct a ordered hence, the ceiling was actually supposed to match the walls. We’re not asked what fixtures would be used to replace the old ones, we’re not given the opportunity to keep the old fixtures or the old door.

I don't have anything to complain about. Love it

The removed tub, shower door and associated debris was left on the side of our garage instead of being hauled away by contractor. The hallway leading to bathroom where shower was installed has a gouge in drywall and scratches on the wall. Our entry rug was left uncovered and us covered with adhesive that cannot be removed. No dust barrier was used and there was dust and debris left in bathroom, hallway, entry, front porch and sidewalk. There are scratches on wood cabinet in bathroom. There is a fair amount of extra hunks of caulk around the shower stall.

We still have a few things we need to get fixed, water leaks around the shower door an caulking around the tub. They have fixed everything we have asked

I am very unhappy because I was supposed to get a free shower curtain and a pad to rest my head on in the bathtub and I can’t get a hold of nobody. Nobody returns my calls. I would like to have a shower curtain and pad put on for the pillow.
