The installation was done, however there are issues with the way certain things were left and the installers threw away my curtain rod. They claimed they would replace it but to this point I have not been contacted. I am upset that nothing has been addressed.

It was a bad experience I do not recommend there service.

Workmanship looks good but communication absolutely terrible. Had another job planned but will probably call another company.

Professional and procedure details missing. Prior to install I clearly explained I had to move medical appointments and chose a date to start two weeks away. The first day of install I received a phone call late morning to say installer had car trouble. The next day installer showed but said he was not available the day before due to child care issue. Always tell the truth. Install did take 3 days but I had not moved appointments for 4 days. I felt very rushed to pay immediately without time to look everything over well. I suggest a manager should arrive and do inspection with homeowner at completion and re eive payment. When my husband grasped shower controller, it moved away from shower wall. I called the point of contact I was given. I did not hear back after 6 hours so I called the help line in brochure. They listened and advised I should hear from someone the next day. I did not. So I called help line again Wednesday morning. About 5pm I heard from installer saying he needed to schedule a time to come out but it might be another week. We are not using the shower due to fear that my husband could grasp Control and have it pull out pulling water lines with it. It was fixed. I just noticed an issue with flooring this week. Not a big deal, I can fix but oversite of details was an issue. I personally felt management was not professional and emphasis was on getting done and onto next job.

When I agreed to purchasing your product and paid $10,000 upfront, I was told that he installation would be completed in 3 days. It is now 8?weeks later and it is still NOT FINISHED!!!!! There were a few extenuating circumstances. I had COVID and the installer could not come for 5 days. The installer had some personal health issues with his newborn triplets yet he came to work here. I gave him permission to leave. There was also a problem with water rushing from a previously installed drain rushing water through the kitchen ceiling that now needs to be repaired. Needless to say, I am not satisfied! It seems unreasonable for an installer to be called to begin another job until a current job is satisfactorily completed. It seems inappropriate for this to be a one person job It seem that a substitute should be provided to continue or complete the job. There is finish work that still needs to be completed. It does not seem unreasonable for some of my payment to be reimbursed. Please contact me for further information and with your reply. I am leaving for vacation next week. The installer removed the old shower, and in doing so, damaged the drywall adjacent to the demo. The installer also drilled three screws though to our kitchen wall damaging that as well. The installer patched the holes, then stated they do not paint. I called customer service and they also stated Leaf does not paint. I have three calls / messages into the Detroit office and have yet to hear ANYTHING back. Leaf needs to have someone come and fix our walls as it's their mistake that damaged them and not my responsibility to repair their mistake. Definitely not worth the $7,000 paid for the job.

They showed up on time and the install went well. Then the problem started. After the install team had left I was photographing the shower enclosure to sen to my wife and I noticed a small defect in one of the panels. I sent an emal to my sales person explaining the problem and got a reply that he would pass it on to the install team. No reply. Sent another email. No answer. Sent an email to the corporate headquarters. Reply was that they would pass it onto the appropriate persons. Still no reply. I am not at all happy. Spent a lot of money and the product is not right. Should be an east fix but no one will reply to my concerns. Very poor customer service post sale!

I'm really disappointed. Wish I had gotten other bids.
