No return call for warranty service.

Completely horrible company! From customer service to the install and price of what you get is ridiculous! Just an awful experience with this so called company!!! Never again! Should have done my homework on this one for sure!

Still waiting on being refunded the cost of electric box which was not installed plus the cost charged for the Electrition. I have left a message but no one has returned the call.

My installation was an experience from hell. I am very unhappy with the outcome. There was damage done to my bathroom floor, my medicine cabinet and the wall. i was so excited about it at first but now I am very disappointed. I have not even used my tub. I hate the way it looks with the imperfections to cover up the installers mistakes. If there had been a rating less than 1 star that is what it would have been.

This company admittedly focuses on people aged 70-95 for shower replacements or walk in tub replacements. They actually really just provide sales and marketing then assign the contract to a random person in your area. They do not provide any actual service. They are a middle man. In this case my mother who struggles with memory signed a $16,000 contract for the removal of a tile walk in shower and they replaced it with plastic one. While the work was professionally done, it was overpriced and felt like a scam for unsuspecting older folks. The person who performs the work actually gets paid 50% of the contract while the middle man also gets 50%. It's a bad deal for all involved and is set up similar to an MLM. To make matters worse when I reached out to the local project manager he spoke to me like I was trash and treated me inhumanly. It was jarring to be quite frank. Not only do I NOT recommend either Kim Cook or Russell Rawls I find them to be dishonest people who lack integrity, honor, or care to those they are suppose to serve. Do not walk but RUN from these people.

The salesman said that there would be no payment for 1 year. Unfortunately he forgot to tell the finance company. He also forgot to tell the finance company the considerably lower interest rate he quoted us. RIPPED OFF

I called the service department 3 days ago and I’m still waiting for someone to call me to setup a service appointment!!!

After our shower/tub install was complete, I noticed several issues: the shower head was not the correct style, the grab bar was not installed, the window trim kit had a corner that was not inline and the shower nozzle could literally be pulled out from the wall. That was not the worst of it. After 9 days, we noticed that we had water dripping from our new shower into our basement spare room and bathroom. These are not rooms we go in often which is why it took us awhile to notice it. Our project manager came out and assessed that the installer had cut the PVC piping a jagged way which resulted in the water leakage. It was left up to us to arrange to have someone come out to assess what water damage there was. We immediately had to clear out the bedroom and bathroom closets, remove the insulation and get fans going. We left the fans on for 4 days 24 hours. We paid the contractor $100 to assess the damage. We also lost minimally $350 in possessions. This happened in mid June, 2023. It is now October and not only have we not received any monetary compensation for our loss (and time),but the project manager and the district manager have stopped returning my calls and texts. The job cost $13,000 and after all we went through, they initially offered us $300 for compensation. I turned that down and requested that they give us more as $300 does not even cover our losses let alone the time, stress, work we had to do and increase in our electricity bill. I am very disappointed in this company and highly recommend that yo do NOT go with them. Basically, the installer did not do an adequate job, we had water leakage for days, it was left up to us to get the damage assessed and Leaf Home Solutions literally walked away after I refused their offer of $300 back on a $13K job. Update: in early Sept. they finally got back to me and offered $500. Although that does not seem sufficient, we accepted. It's been over a month and still no check has come to us. I have followed up with numerous texts/calls and no one has gotten back to us. Update: $500 check was finally delivered on Oct. 19.
