Salesman and Manager very clear and concise. Gave me great information and explained everything thoroughly. Construction items came in 3 weeks early which was great. Contractor very friendly and did a great job with minimal dust, etc.

i was well cared for. your staff came as planed and worked very carefully. the second day I again was pleased he arrived as planned and worked to install my shower. was pleased to see the results of his work and couldnt be more happy. I wish he had asked me about the height of the rod. i adjusted to what he had done. All in all, He did a great job. So greatful.

The two installers arrived when they said they would. They worked nine hours to successfully get the chair lift to work well. There was a problem but, by troubleshooting with the aid of the company, it was working great by the end of the day.

Sales rep was straight-forward and knowledgeable. Costs a little more but reliability and lifetime warranty are major factor as well as lack of need for frequent maintenance. Had some initial problems with minor adjustments but these were taken care of quickly.

Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Got a walk-in shower installed. Really like it, but did have to touch up caulk a bit. Floor is a bit more slick than I'm comfortable with, so am using a bath mat. It is a nice large size and beautiful!

The guys that installed the shower were very hard working. I'm very happy with it. Still need the 2 shelf corner units to be placed. Somehow they got missed.
