The product is very nice. Had some installation issues that took awhile to resolve but did get fixed. The only non fixable issue is shower mount not mounted in right location and limits use/ direction of shower head

Love the product. Installers had a mishap that caused a fire-but their insurance company took care of everything. Primarily smoke damage as the fire extinguished itself. Fire department was called to double check everything and installers were able to complete the job. Yes, I would use this company again, and the same install team.

Time to sit back, relax, and prepare to enjoy your home to the fullest with Leaf Home Safety Solutions! We appreciate you sharing your experience, Jeanette.
It looks beautiful. I had to silicone sliding door frame rails. One sliding door rubs bottom and hard to move. I just have to get somebody to fix it. I don't like how the base is shaped. Easy to lose your balance. Inside should have 4 shelves. It only has 2. I'll get use to it. I get lots of comments on how great it looks.

We are grateful to have you as a Leaf Home Safety Solutions customer, Walter! Thank you for your recommendation.
We love our new low wall shower stall. Everything works well except a little disappointed with the shower head. It works well but we have to raise or take down to use. What we thought we were getting was a fixed one and a hand held separate so nothing to fiddle with all the time. The installation process took too long but the installation was quick! 1 day all done. Except the rod and curtain took two more days to arrive. All in all we are satisfied and would recommend this product. Just be sure you understand what you are to get it and when you will get it. Salesperson seemed new, not as certain about things as he might have been. Perhaps more training needed.
