Workers did a great job. My complaint is too expensive for finished product, I think most money was for workmanship and the rest for caulk.

1- Ordered in December '21, installed April '22. That's unacceptable and covid has become 'the dog ate my homework' excuse' for everyone. 2- After seeing what was done to put together my oversized shower, I became convinced I overpaid which was confirmed by the first installer. 3- The sales rep was very slick. He convinced me the installers worked as a crew and were very experienced. I was shocked when the first installer showed up alone and had only been with Leaf just weeks. He quit mid-way and a three day job took much of two weeks. 4- The second installer had helpers and was better, but only had a year under his belt. 5- Cleanup was incomplete causing dust discolored caulk.at the base caulk line, but not horribly apparent. I just paid my son in law to mud and sand the very uneven walls that were supposed to be paint ready. 6- The 1.7 gpm Moen shower head is attractive but the water pressure stinks compared to my old old 2.5 gpm head which is legal in my county. I have a well so I get water from the ground and I have a septic so I deposit it back into the ground. There is no green reason for not giving me a 2.5 gpm head. 7- After completion of job, I asked Leaf to price a shower door, I did not like having to use 2 liners that together were oversized, but one would not due. , They told me that was not possible, it was not built with studs in the right place for that, and my shower was over 60 inches. Wish I knew that to start. 8- I must however admit, all the Leaf people were very nice and treated me with respect. I like my new shower, but for reasons above, my three star rating was generous and I would not recommend leaf safety solution to my neighbors.

They came and got the job done in 1 day and did a good job but left a mess for me to clean up nails and drywall pieces everywhere but the shower looks nice

Took longer than i was told 2.5 days. The correct materials were not brought to site. I had to settle on diffrent floor pan because correct one was 2-3 weeks out. A lot of dust was left after job was finished. Shower head that was installed has very low water pressure compared to previous one I had. The team that did work was diligent, and stayed on task. Professional job result. I think issues were with sales giving unrealistic time frame for completion.

Our install was completed in 2 days. Did not notice until the day after completion that the bricks did not align on the sides and back. Shelves were off set. Called them, they sent someone to look at it about a week later. He said the new pieces would take 4 weeks to get new pieces. Didn't take that long. They have completed the work now. Just an aggravation to have to have them back in to fix something that should have seen right off by professional installers.

I would not recommend Leaf Home Safety to anyone. After waiting a long time to get the product we wanted the installer was unable to install it due to bad advice from the agent who showed us the product and a field agent who came off the confirm the measurements. The final straw was dealing with the poor customer service of their finance company, Service Finance Company in Boca Raton, FL. Bottom line, find a better company to do business with.

Many ptoblems: first the installer was late every time and Saturday he never came at all and did not message. Second the one wall was not installed as agreed with salesman. He cam back and made a patch but still not what I expected. Third I was supposed to get a handheld shower head and did not. Forth one of the laborer took a tarp off of a tile saw in my yard moved it to front yard and left it their when they left fifth they left nails and screws in my driveway sixth the left a full sheet plus more of green board against my outside wall not very happy at all with your company I will not recommend you.maybe you could send me the hand held shower head and I will feel a lot better about this terrible experience. I worked for years doing repairs inside mobile homes if I ever left a job like they did I would have been fired

Loved the installer, but definitely needed more than one person!! There were selling points the salesman mentioned that did not happen, such as attaching the support bars to actual studs by removing the wall(?). Did not anticipate the sides going to the ceiling, but I guess that is ok. Caulking job is terrible and I feel for 6500.00, the material was cheap.
