Did not get what I had talked to the salesman and paid for. Do not use unless you get everything in writing so a lawyer can get it fixed after they are done.

I am very disappointed with this stair lift. The lift was designed by their team to land on the upper stair with very little room for a walker to navigate by the stairway. The lift had plenty of room for it to come up on the landing and nest around the corner leaving room for walkers to navigate the stairs. I paid and astronomical amount of money for this stair lift and I am extremely disappointed with it.

I hope this time the chair is fixed for good.Disappointing to buy an expensive piece of equipment and then not have it work after only 2 weeks.

The company installed the tile wrong so they had to come back in 2 weeks to redo it and I was ok with the cause the guys were great who work on it. Unfortunately it’s been 6 weeks and I spoke with David and he said they were coming today and NO ONE SHOWED UP, CALLED OR SCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY! I am not able to use my shower and the shelving isn’t installed. The shower rod isn’t installed. Doing the installation David did not want them to dry wall the closet door that was removed I had to call to get that done I would of had a closet door leading into the tub. And today is the 7of Nov and I am still waiting on the installation to be completed

From the very first person on the job to the last final payment of the job my recommendation would be to RUN from this company!! This was suppose to be a day and a half job. I was finally able to use my shower a week later! The job Started on Oct 21st. Shower was finally useable on the 28th. During that week I was told numerous times times workers would be there. Of course they didn't show up. They use SUBCONTRACTORS when I was under the impression they were there own employees. I had one worker bring alcohol to my home in his lunch. The same employee who messed up a crucial cut on the job which delayed it for days. The company sent out another contractor who had NO IDEA what he was doing. He cut away a large section of my new floor which wasn't necessary, then freaked out and left. On his way out he told me there was asbestos and I needed to leave the house. This was not true! The workers, employees of the company, and the managers all communicated with each other and not me. I had to constantly contact individuals to get any information on my job. Ended up dealing with the regional manager Anthony who was the one who ended up getting this job done for me. All I can say is, BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

No one has contacted me about possibly making this correct. I shouldn’t have to keep calling and asking for help.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions need to follow up after the job is completed. The individual did not have a company uniform. He did not identify himself. He didn't tuck the wires under the baseboard. We had to do it ourselves. I did contact the Office to tell them about the experience I had. No one seems to care. I can hear it in their tone. After I read some excellent reviews, I would like to know where I went wrong.
