As much grief with bad workers, unanswered phone calls, very slow progress, and wrong parts, I cannot believe you would want a review from me. As for what I received it was priced.

As name of company states Home Safe Safety Solutions is false. Had shower installed for my handy cap wife so she can have an easier time taking a shower. We talked about safety bars, shower head, etc. They never mentioned that the shower base is as slick as ice even more so when wet. She was the first one to use it and fell causing her medical problems due to slipping on the base. Therefore I now have a elephant in the room as she refuses to use it for fear of falling again. Told company about their problem and they gave me BAIND-AID SOLUTIONS. I WILL NOT ENDORSE THIS COMPANY UNTIL PROBLEM IS CORRECTED.

The crew that came to install the product I had selected placed the shower rod so high the the curtain didn’t even meet the tub! Yes, they lowered it when I pointed this out, but it left several holes in my brand new surround. Their solution was to fill these holes with caulk. I had kept my original enameled tub, as we had had it deglazed less than a year ago. I had asked them to please make sure it was adequately covered to protect the finish. They assured me that they would cover it up before they began the demolition. They did cover it, but only with a sheet, which apparently fell into the tub while they were ripping out the tile surrounding the tub. The result was that the edge of the tub had numerous chips in its surface. When they caulked around the tub, there were several small gaps, that I hadn’t noticed until the following morning. This may have been because of the caulking shrinking, but they also did not caulk from the edge(top) of the tub, down to the floor. I called customer service immediately and they promised to have someone contact me within 48 hours to arrange for an appointment to redo the caulking. Long story short: between COVID and Thanksgiving falling the following week, it took almost 3 weeks to get someone out to address the caulking situation. I was still left with a chipped tub which I had to have repaired by a local reglazer, at my own expense.

Instalation was not good. Rail and chair to far away from wall takeing away space to walk up stairs. A tall persons knees seated on the seat will hit the wall. The seat is way to hard to rotate at the top. The rail doesn't go quite far enouth up at the top.

Not the best experience. Quality product, average installation. Caulking had to be replaced once, still looks like crap. If I had to do it over again, I would hire someone else.

They done such a bad job the first time they had to come back and do it again. Even the drain was put in wrong. Rip it all out, down to the studs and start over. When they got done the second time, they done a terrible job, left a clogged faucet, and somebody had to come out and clean up their mess. Caulk on the cabinets, floor, carpeting, toilet, everywhere. I have a crack all the way across the panel under the faucet and cringe having them coming back to fix it. Afraid of another mess. Not worth the price, wouldn’t do it again.

The product installed die not match the samples shown when the job was quoted. The installation did not go smoothly and there continues to be issues with the grout and caulking.

I was not happy with the lack of communication with this company. My order was placed 7/31/21. I heard nothing from this company regarding my order. Finally on 9/21/21, I call customer service to find out what was going on. My order was installed 9/30/21. Had I not called I don’t think I would have ever heard from them. The install took one day as agreed upon. I am happy with the end result.
