Prompt and courteous

Some confusion at the Dallas airport as to where to meet. Once that was cleared up the ride and driver made the experience very worthwhile. So helpful getting to my destination from the airport. It was my first time, but I will use them again when needed.

We waited for our ride for 11/2 hours in 98 degree weather at the Phoenix airport, with one excuse after another why our ride wasn't there. Finaly a Huber Lyft gentlemen showed up and and said he had just been called 5 minutes before to pick us up. At least I hope he got the tip.

Never showed up for pick up!! What a bunch of crap. Never use again. Can't believe you even sent this survey. Major Scam!!!!
