First time we used LAX rides. A little confusion at first as we were picked up by an Uber driver. Found out they often subcontract out for drivers.

DO NOT USE, SHAM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU BY CANCELLING WITHOUT NOTICE. Booked via Jayride. I booked a transfer for my son from DTW. I confirmed this booking multiple times in between making it and the pickup date. My son arrived to DTW, dutifully followed the pickup instructions. Waiting in the rideshare area - I ask for the driver info "we will send driver info when driver is near." A few minutes go by, and another text -- "Unfortunately we could not provide service to you. We could not contact your driver for some reason. We don't have a back up driver nearby. We will cancel and refund your ride immediately. Thank you for your understanding." What a complete load of b.s. and the most terrible service I have received from a company, ever. I have to scramble to get my son into a hotel at 1000pm at night and then try to arrange for a transfer the next day. Avoid them at all costs. Shame on you.

Great service and excellent communication between the home base and drivers. We will definitely use you again.

no handicapped access. also the drop off was for cars only beyond the bus lane. for someone who is mobility impared it is a hassle. driver was nice and got to me quick!!!

We just completed our rountrip LAX RIDE to and from LAX which is my least favorite thing to do. Lax ride arranged for pickup at Un Godly hour 339am and brought us home safely at Rush Hour. Both drivers were efficient, courteous and engaging. Lyft was the connection but taking the hassle out of arranging was worth every penny. The fare was competitive and less than parking for two weeks. Door to door always trumps shuttles anyway. Excellent experience!
