Excellent service. Prompt pickup. Smooth ride. Clean car. Very eco comical for a couple of people on a two week trip.

What a friendly guy! A super safe driver, too!

Driver on time, loaded and unloaded my bags. Safe driving and good Company. Thanks!

LAXRIDE sent an Uber to take me to my destination. The car took off with my laptop in it and LAXRIDE refused to report the lost item to connect me with my driver. I had no way of seeing my trip details (as the Uber was booked from the LAXRIDE account, not my own) and they were completely unresponsive to help with this simple 30-second request that would have allowed me to recover my computer!

It was great! They were on time, great drivers - made it easy getting to and from the airport!

Great confirmations, driver in good time, nice and smooth ride.. All in all, perfect. Thank you!

Ahmed is a very good driver. Rain snarled up the traffic on the 405, but Ahmed was very patient and persistent and got me to LAX on time. He is also kind and courteous. I would be happy to always have him as my driver.

I was extremely pleased with LAXRIDE. They were very professional. My driver was very polite and professional.
