The product is higher price but fills a specific niche that nothing else will. I had a defective unit and it took some effort to get a replacement but all is well in the end. I suspect the delay had more to do with the state of global commerce currently than that of deficiencies on the part of LastaForest

The Anti-static sprayer worked well initially and then stopped working after a few uses. Lastaforest have replaced the sprayer and the new one seems to be working well.

I ordered the wrong basket diameter, and it was replaced within a couple of days at no cost. Great service

Magnetic Puck screen holder is a worthless piece of crap. Magnet barely works when using it with the included pick screen, is so weak it might as well not be there, and since that was the whole reason for buying this it has made it another piece of junk to go in the bin.
